The State of Hawaii has 22 agencies; 13 emergency shelters; 36 transitional shelters. They have 8 State homeless outreach programs. LINCOLN, Neb. -- A 22-year-old Omaha man who admitted molesting a 6-year-old boy in Lincoln has been sentenced to 3-to-10 years in prison.

Court records say Shad Jenkins had pleaded no contest to attempted sexual assault of a child, after prosecutors lowered the charge and dismissed another in exchange for the plea.

Jenkins was sentenced Monday by Judge Steve Burns in Lancaster County District Court.

A Lincoln Police affidavit said Jenkins admitted molesting the boy in September and December of last year.

According to the Lincoln Journal Star, Jenkins' lawyer, Scott Helvie, said Jenkins was physically and sexually abused as a boy and was under state care until he turned 19.

A pilot was pulled from the cockpit due to suspicions of him being drunk.. A co-worker filed the complaint .. It turns out that the pilot was over the legal limit and was considered drunk and was suspended temporally.. My question is do you think that the pilot should be just escorted or should he be fired?! i think that if the pilot was stupid enough to possibly put citizens in danger, that he should be completely gone from flying..

My article is about this girl, who is only 15 years old, that fled to Brazil with her online boyfriend. She had a fake passport. The girl said the only way she will come home is in a body bag.

She has been in Brazil since last month and her case has caught the attention of the State Department  and the FBI... Her mother says that she hopes her lil girl has a change in heart and wants to come home.. The young girl says that she plans on staying there for the rest of her life.. On Good Morning America this morning, they said that the Government in Brazil won't send her back and that the girl was in custody of the boyfriends family.. My question is, Since the girl is a minor and a citizen of the United States, Do you think that the Brazilian Government should be aloud to put her into custody of the boyfriends family and not have to send her back home???

So, my article talks about people that are using facebook. and facebook makes their computer crash!! Their are many instances of this and they are trying to get the message out about that and to make people quit using facebook.. My question is, do you think that facebook can crash your computer?!?!
