Bottle to Throttle: Was Pilot Flying Drunk?

A pilot was pulled from the cockpit due to suspicions of him being drunk.. A co-worker filed the complaint .. It turns out that the pilot was over the legal limit and was considered drunk and was suspended temporally.. My question is do you think that the pilot should be just escorted or should he be fired?! i think that if the pilot was stupid enough to possibly put citizens in danger, that he should be completely gone from flying..
